Three Ways to Give Back This Sunday, Oct. 4

Guelph's got a full Sunday ahead — and all three events put good right back into our community. **Run for Guelph** kicks off at Riverside Park at 11 a.m. with an opening ceremony, followed by a 2 km run and 1 km walk at noon. Lace up to support our local hospital. **Sisters in Spirit** takes over Royal City Park from 5 to 7:30 p.m. with a red dress installation on the grounds. The event raises awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls — a cause that matters to all of us. **Kidney Walk** steps off at Guelph Country Club the same morning. Registration starts at 9 a.m., and the walk begins at 10 a.m. Whether it's your feet doing the work or your heart leading the way, Sunday's the day to show up for Guelph.
