Ordered off Uber and my order was missing the fries and portions were small, I gave them a call to advise and they made it right, and personally delivered what was missing and then some. A business that works with customers to fix an issue is great in my books. Thank you guys, food was very very good so I will order again!

19.50$ for a snack and a can of pop? Crazy. Straight up ripoff. Figured a regular poutine was comparable to a regular size literally anywhere else. Menu photos look much larger than the provided cat bowl. Price to portion size is a joke. Really light on the cheese and gravy, the last 1/3 was just dry fries. Picture scale - I wear a medium glove. lol.

Whether delivery or dine in, I've always enjoyed the food here. Their burgers are my favourite, and the poutine is delicious. They have really nice milkshakes as well. They bring all the boys to the yard. Looking forward to trying the donair next visit! Thanks.

When i first went to this place, the taste, portions and price blew me away. Loved it. 7 years later. The burgers are overpriced, and underwhelming, they shrunk their portion sizes. To put it in perspective; 2 whopper juniors are cheaper, and faster. The poutines are okay, a little pricey. I would definitely say give them a try for the different styles of poutine.

Wanted to try something different that wasn't the typical brand named fast food chain. Found Sam's Grill on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did as it was DELICIOUS! I ordered combo #4 which included a drink, homemade burger and a poutine. I decided to also add cheese and bacon to my burger because we'll, why not! The burger was made fresh and was very juicy. The poutine was also really good and cheesy. Overall very happy with my lunch decision. Highly recommend and will definitely return (and maybe even try the other locations)
